Evolution of SECO

SECO ,  Save Energy COncepts, was started in the year  1991 - with the main intention of providing combustion control systems for small boilers and furnaces.

The combustion control depended on the imported oxygen analyzers and the financial crisis then motivated SECO management to develop the Oxygen analyzer independently.  As on date,  SECO  is the only manufacturer of High temperature oxygen analyzers in India.

With the Founder Director T.Jayaraman  (Known as Teejay - graduate of IIT-M- 1974) being one of the earliest consultants in the field of energy conservation, SECO has a full fledged  Energy Consultancy Division Headed by P.K.Ranganathan, another graduate from IIT-M of the same batch.

TeeJay is also working on many other areas of energy conservation, including combustion, passive architecture, Rural energy, wind, solar, heat recovery and HVAC.

As a long standing aim to provide design and engineering services to the Indian industries of all sizes, PROD-I-GO systems Private limited was co-promoted by teejay. After One year of supporting Prodigo in SECO's office, Teejay is no longer active in prodigo.  Product development and other innovation support is being done as a part of SECO. Soon you can expect to see some of the ideas products developed by this division.
