i think it is important to do something rather than jst talk green, T. Jayaraman, says it right when he says the aimis not to make yourself frustrated and go green, we have to think green, every step forward, every advancement has to figure in the damage to the envt caused and that it should figure in the feasibilty calculation of any development.
we need to come out of our old habits, change ourselves to think interms of the envt rather than exploiting it.
the inexpensive way of constructing a building as shown by senior ppl in Seco,has to be adopted on a much wider scale and those ppl are geniuses coz they have been able to develop an inexpensive house, no AC, lower consumption of power and still well ventilated and cool...thats the way to go..
